True, but there's a chance for that to happen, esp given that we're talking about Square Enix here.
so square enix the company that has given players everything they've asked for within reason since the failure of 1.0 is considered not customer friendly? if thats true then i wonder what blizzard would be classified as

SE is no different from any other company in that their reason for existence is making money. Their greed is about the only thing I can't really deny, but every company is greedy. They have, however, learned the hard way what happens when you upset your customers too often. It nearly sunk them. I think they have been pretty customer friendly since. Like I said before though, they make mistakes every now and then. But they also make up for those mistakes in some way, at least most of the time.
Blizzard is a very bad company, yes, but Square isn't the best company either which can be said about other mega corporations including CD Project Red, Bioware and etc. I don't deny on what Square did for FFXIV was nothing short of amazing, but that doesn't mean that greed wouldn't catch up to them if you will. Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if the hairstyles for the Viera are locked behind the expansion just to get their customers to pay more money which they know that hair customization for the female Viera had been among the most negative blowbacks against Yoshi and his team along with the Viera and Hrothgars being gender locked.
On top of that, we give them 15 dollars a month just to access their game.

If you are getting this upset over a few hairstyles which will probably be "free" anyway based on past experience you should probably just avoid buying anything from anyone ever.Blizzard is a very bad company, yes, but Square isn't the best company either which can be said about other mega corporations including CD Project Red, Bioware and etc. I don't deny on what Square did for FFXIV was nothing short of amazing, but that doesn't mean that greed wouldn't catch up to them if you will. I highly doubt that, and they would try every excuse in the book to weasel their way out of their own mess they had created. The people here had every right to be pissed at them after the launch of Shadowbringers. I mean, I won't deny they've done great things, but then again, a lot of companies did great things do, but one shouldn't ignore the very nature of mega gaming corporations and their greed. Blizzard is one of those companies that I looked up to as gaming heroes, and now look at them. The only ignorant one in this thread is you, sadly. You really don't have much knowledge of these things.I highly doubt that, and they would try every excuse in the book to weasel their way out of their own mess they had created. The very fact that people had been asking Square for over 2 years to solve the great issues surrounding Shadowbringers and staying silent on that then you shouldn't "simp" for such companies or for any company for that matter.

Hairstyles should get added to female Viera just fine for anyone who can access them, that being owners of the expansions up till Shadowbringers. But I doubt male Viera and female Hrothgar will be accessible unless you buy Endwalker. Viera and Hrothgar as it is right now were unusable by anyone on the free trial for example, as you need Shadowbringers for them.
Mortal Fist

I agree on Viera (males locked to 6.0 but hairstyles freely released) but I wouldn't be so certain that female Hrothgar are coming in Endwalker at all. They're not being advertised as something included in the package, even as a promise of future content like the raids and the Island Sanctuary.
I expect them to be 7.0 material and any sooner will be a pleasant surprise.
