Thinking about it. The main problem with our choice. (our as in community) and SEs choice.

SE's was the best choice for the active players.
Our choice was best for inactive players.

Selbina had up to 1500 peaks at time so yes. We had alot

why dont they exclude inactive accounts for the world transfer app period until all of the active players made their choice then reassign the rest of the inactive players in the remaining spots in each server.
