From the first question here, I had read that as pertaining to inactive characters during the whole process when I first saw this weeks ago. When I reread it just now, I noticed it just spoke about World transfer applications, not the default world choice.

well, this happens after people screamed "4° option suck" :P now if you're planning to move an entire linkshell you're screwed.
Sorry, but this time we got what we deserve.
There's a whole empty server nobody wants to go to is the problem. SE told us from day one that there would not be additional hardware being bought. They'd just make use of current equipment.
