I am optimistic that this Endwalker delay to Dec 3/Dec 7 will include Dark Knight updates to address the concerns repeatedly raised here:

"Due to overwhelming user Feedback about the underwhelming Dark Knight changes and ongoing concerns, we are replacing Enhanced Unmend with Enhanced Salt & Darkness: Each use of Salt and Darkness will reduce cooldown of Abyssal Drain by 5 seconds. We believe this will address the HP Sustain concerns. In Addition, Blood Weapon will remain unchanged 10 (9)s duration. Thank You!"

Didn't they say that they were done with 6.0's job/balance changes and won't be doing more before release?

There hasn't been for years admittedly. Band-aid fixes and other useless bullshit. DRK has lost every shred of identity while giving it away to other tanks. Reaper seems to be their only solution given the current situation.
