FFXIV 6.0 comes out December 7th. Pre-release is December 3rd

I don't know why you keep bringing it up like this, just sounds like you are belittling the situation so people can't be excited and mad about it just because its a video game

The point is it's probably not worth making a person feel even worse about a failing when he already feels awful about it? Over a game that we all know he busted his ass for the last decade to make good for us. "It's just a game"
It's also a game that we would not be so fortunate to have in the current state without Yoshi P and his decisions, being disappointed is ok but it strikes as a bit ungrateful and mean spirited how some people make this a big deal when Yoshi P was clearly gutted to have to do this. Saying things like this is the last straw? You love the game enough to preorder and take days off in the first place and now its the last straw for you? Idk about that person, but if I was on the verge of calling it quits on the game I would NOT be planning my days off around it lmao, similar to the person calling for a several month delay because the world must revolve around them and their retail work life.. If they suffer they feel the urge to drag others down with them, including Yoshida.

So it's less belittling and more pointing out that being mad is ok but flaming the guy that gave you the great game in the first place when now he FINALLY has something go wrong this is the response he gets.. Seriously, grow up a bit and have some understanding. He has worked very hard for us for a long time.

ok first none of the stuff you have said applies to me so not really sure why you replied to me
like sure people are mad PTO has been messed up people will say its the last straw they get over it and we see them next day pretty much happens every controversial topic,change or lack there of change.

most people have right to be upset as it is too late for most people to reschedule 13 days is not long enough for most places and there is absolutely no reason to point fingers at someone who has had there plans ruined because of it and if you do just means you have some growing up to do.

Yoshi P was fully aware of the situation and has accepted whats to come he 100% understands that people are gonna be upset but because of that it doesn't get him a get out of jail free card,I respect the guy for what hes done for the game and i don't hate the guy nor would i say anything bad about him but the entire point of the forums is about feedback it is a necessary evil to voice your opinion,
we would not have the game we have today without it even during 1.0 its not just about him its about all of us we have helped him make the great game.

like just let people vent and voice there concern 95% of people who are upset about this are more disappointed than mad because hardly anything in these threads actually read like a tantrum.

also as a final note Yoshi.p doesn't read every single thing on the forums so he is most likely gonna miss most of what everyone is saying and get the cliff note the Forum admins send him.

I responded to your comment about the belittling and then just went off on a tangent not so much related to you but the wider response of people overall. Plenty of people have had tantrum responses instead of simple criticism and disappointment as someone else has already quoted a few examples.
We said the feeling of disappointment and some anger/frustration is valid but wtf is going to come of the complaining exactly? Nothing.
