    Again, how does this invalidate people's complaints? I'm following all the current threads on this matter, including the 40+ page one, and I've yet to see someone saying "Yoshi-p lied to us! his apology was disingenous!".

    That is not what people are saying or complaining about so stop using this as an argument.
