How am I supposed to have confidence in someone who betrays that trust the first time it's presented?

I didn't play the Shadowbringers patches while they were current content. (on release) So I have no personal reference for their release history.

All I have to go off of is "Hey, we're releasing the expansion on November 19th for you to play.. Oh, wait.. No we're not. Sucks to be you."

Yoshi-P can take the blame all he wants, and he can cry on stream all he wants, but in reality, he doesn't care about you. As people have said, this is a multi-(b)million dollar company, and the decision likely lies with the higher-ups in the company. So he's either doing "last minute checks" in which case they could simple be hotfixed in the week following, or it wasn't his decision. Either way, he either doesn't care about our time, or he's lying to us.

At least that's what it feels like.
Or you are bitter over past experiences and taking it out on a dev team. You can say he doesn’t care. His previous actions since he has taken over this game prove different.

Your unwillingness to do research or accept that this community has more reason to trust this dev team than your word and your experience just presents you as bitter and entitled. Like this dev team or this multi billion dollar company did all of this to slight you personally.

We all acknowledge it sucks but we all said flat out that this dev team has earned each and every one of our trusts over years of work and effort.

He may not care about us individually but he cares about us as a collective because without us he cant do what he does. (Though I’d argue he cares more about people than you give credit for. He cared enough to ask about Asmongold’s mom in the media tour info)

And to illuminate your wither feigned or willful ignorance. Have you never proof read an assignment the night before it’s due and gone “Oh shit this paragraph doesn’t make as strong a point as i want it to, this needs punctuation! This needs to be clarified!” And scrambled to get it done. That’s essentially what happened.

Have some empathy and understanding for other people. The dev team is not this monolith “multi billion dollar company” they are a group of people doing their best and being more open and honest than any game developer would. They are human beings and deserve some basic compassion.
