You're right. Because I'm a new player that started in April. I haven't had the time to develop that trust with them yet. All I have to go on is here say. My first major interaction with them is them letting me down. It's them going back on their word. So where's the trust to be had there? How am I supposed to have confidence in someone who betrays that trust the first time it's presented?

I didn't play the Shadowbringers patches while they were current content. (on release) So I have no personal reference for their release history.

All I have to go off of is "Hey, we're releasing the expansion on November 19th for you to play.. Oh, wait.. No we're not. Sucks to be you."

Yoshi-P can take the blame all he wants, and he can cry on stream all he wants, but in reality, he doesn't care about you. As people have said, this is a multi-(b)million dollar company, and the decision likely lies with the higher-ups in the company. So he's either doing "last minute checks" in which case they could simple be hotfixed in the week following, or it wasn't his decision. Either way, he either doesn't care about our time, or he's lying to us.

At least that's what it feels like.
