Honestly the best time to do All Saints Wake with it being delayed is in March which shouldn't cause any problems with any other endgame events. I will say doing it in October would be preferable but if they want to implement it ASAP because of the delays that happened March would be best for that reason.

Merge All Saint's Wake with the Christmas event so that the events will have a Nightmare Before Christmas vibe.

I'd do it if they added it again in June.
Especially since it will have an instanced dungeon component.
And apparently it had to be delayed because it was part of the 6.0 build, which is quite exciting and I'm also expecting more than normal.

I would do All Saint’s Wake whenever they’d add it. It’s my favorite event of all of their events. They usually have the coolest items from any of event they make.
