Then scroll down through the charts where each and every single action in the game is actually noted whether it's a weaponskill, ability, or magic. "Weaponskill" is not some supertype blanket term for every single DoW skill that costs TP. Weaponskills are a subtype of actions that are specifically attacks that use your equipped weapon and usually cost TP.

The supertype blanket term you should be using is "actions." Why is this so hard to comprehend?

(Whoops, there it says Life Surge is an ability, not a weaponskill! Wow! I guess that's because it has nothing to do with the weapon you're holding. WEIRD.)
