Viera, Miqo'te, Au Ra?
With that list I'm assuming OP is just referring to females.
Really its all subjective but I find all 3 to be very huggable... >.>

It depends on how good you are at making them.
All 3 of your options can either be made interestingly and generically, so it's not really the race that's cool/hot/better, it's the player's ability to create a character.
Dear god yes.

~sigh~

When I played in 1.0/ARR, people said “There are too many miqo girls.” I disagreed.
When au ra came out, people said “There are too many dragon girls.” I disagreed.
Yet no one says this about viera, which is my opinion. I’m tired of seeing them. I know they lack customizatiin features but sometimes it feels like if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.
Now, the correct answer to your poll isn’t an option. Try elezen. All the sleek sexiness of a viera, less of the sameiness.
I’ll have to go with Miqo’te
This is mine and the only correct answer

No Highlander?
Very disappointed.
Jokes aside I'd say body = Highlander and face = Roe.
Highlander is the best mix of all imo animations included.
I have a hard time playing anything else because I like to have a bit more defined muscles and it feels like everyone else has skinny legs.
I actually probably would play Roe if they had a bit wider hips and bigger legs they actually feel a bit too small for their overall bodies to me.
It's like they're really tall and with large torsos but their hips and legs belong on a Hyur or something.
True tho.
A big problem I have with how people talk about female characters whether it be body types, clothing or face, how much makeup etc is that people have this tendency to talk extreme amounts of shit about anything that doesn't align with their taste.
Like people can't help themselves.
And they also have a tendency to exaggerate a lot, like I still dunno what alternate reality people are inhabiting where every female character has big boobs and wears a platekini.
The only game that actually comes to mind for me is Tera and Tera still has a ton of variety in armor if you've actually played it.
But according to people on the internet every single game forces you to wear a platekini and that's awful and horrible, and whenever a game has full plate we need to shit on those awful skimpy armors and talk about how awful it is but not what I like that's the best.
Like.... Just enjoy what you enjoy and let others have fun...
Don't need to dump on everything ya don't like.
They're hot in their own way.
Just like how Elezen are hot in a more '' noble '' way while Hyur Midlander and Au'ra are more hot in a '' cute '' way imo.

The issue with FemRoe, apart from the faces being extremely blocky, is in fact their torsos. Specifically their torsos going into their hips. They have much less of feminine curve than all the other female races (barring Lalafell, because potato), and indeed they have a torso-hip curve much more akin to male races which puts the majority of players off. Heck, they even have a successful template for the same type of race archetype, Highlanders. Highlanders set out to fill the same niche and succeed, where Roes fail hard. The reason being, despite having muscle and a thiccness FemHighlanders still have a very appealing common feminine shape and curves.
I think my profile speaks for itself of my choice.
