You could argue that Summoner's pet attacks are "super free" too though, since said pets also do base attacks, not just attacks triggered by player actions... and yet those summons are instant-cast rather than needing a few uninterrupted seconds; it seems unbalanced and arbitrary by comparison that Scholar still has casting times for their own pet summons.
