Easily one of my favorite supports I've ever played! I think I never touched again a support class that had THAT amount of support to be honest! It definitely helped me to grow my love for healing/support classes in all sorts of games.
Also bard/dancer, sage and alchemist were fascinating as well. RO had a bunch of problems but a very interesting class design.

RO is actually the game that got me into playing support classes. Before that i was all about DPS but once i tried Priest and Sage i never looked back. All skills had meaningful effects so as a support you'd basically never be bored, even though you'd rarely DPS.
Sure, the balance was broken and it could be frustrating at times to play against hard counters of your class, but class design and uniqueness was amazing which made the game really fun for me, especially when playing with a crew.

I have been playing healer/support classes ever since then, but never got the same amount of satisfaction out of it. These were some amazing memories.

But then again, RO is a dead game now and if FFXIV had the same amount of players, it would not be sustainable considering the budget they're putting into it, so i understand the need to cater for the larger part of the audience, which consists mostly of casual players.

To this day I still have that muscle memory of giving each person in the group Blessing, Agi UP, Assumption, and finally Magnificat. In that order, every time. Then Impositio Manus on melee.

Also timing Suffragium between a high wizard's Magic Power and Storm Gust was my guilty pleasure.

I really miss this kind of buffing in MMOs. FFXIV had Protect and Stoneskin but those are dead for some reason.
