MEGATHREAD: Requested Hairstyles & Facial Hair

Viera are getting existing ones- since noone wanted new hairstyles for Viera, so you guys aren't getting new ones- just pre-existing ones added

I'm happy about it, but it's not like we voted on it or had any input lol

People were pretty open to the idea of Viera specific hairstyles initially, they just never made or released any. I'm still not entirely convinced it was ever really a thing and not just a weird translation for existing hairstyles adapted to Viera.

Making hairstyles exclusively for one race would have been a massive unnecessary drain on resources anyway.

Oh for sure, I hope Viera can wear Y'sthola's moddish hair & that it looks as good as I think it might
the Viera in FFXIV aren't as majestic or statuesque as they are in FFXII & although it'd be nice to get more Viera themed items for them (like Mjrn, Jote & Frans hair) FFXIV Viera are different in enough ways & honestly, the modern aesthetics hair should have been apart of their hairstyles from the start

That would be cool, but barring the ornamental Viera headpiece a short bob like Mjrn or longer, "wilder" hair like Jote could just as easily be made for everyone rather than just for Viera I feel.

I agree with the Mjrn & Jote hair, and the headpiece could also be taggable on Viera
Trust me, I'm all for people getting viera hairstyles & vice versa
I'd look forward to seeing the ARR Y'sthola hair (the one with the gold clips) on Viera because it's so cute
