Account Suspended and Flagged Compromised

I have a European account and have the option to buy crysta through Mog Station, Square Enix Account Settings, Add Crysta.

The option isn't there for me.

And if I instead go to the "learn more about buying Crysta" page and click the "add Crysta to your account" button, it lets me get that far but if I try to select an amount to buy, it gives me the same 11000 error ("a technical issue has occurred") that the OP says they are getting.

It has nothing to do with my account status – I'm logged into the game and everything is fine – so I assume it is either the account type or the specific country that is not allowed to use Crysta.

Also EU player and can buy crysta no problem, maybe put a ticket in and ask why you are having issues. At least you will get a definitive answer.

Account Support is the best place to go to get answers. There's nothing that can be done by the forums, and it's not a Technical Support issue.

I think you might have missed the part where Iscah said she is from Australia.

While Australian players are required to use EU licensing, they're still limited by policy/laws/regulations specific to Australia. Some payment methods aren't available, and there's all sorts of FF merchandise they cannot buy direct from the SE Store even if it appears on the EU store. They have to go through third party vendors that will purchase the item on their behalf then ship it to them (usually at crazy price mark ups).

Something similar could be happening with the OP as a resident of India.

Same exact issue, unable to buy crysta or Add a credit or debit card to pay for subscription.
