Invalid code after purchasing Endwalker

I thought I bought it already, so that was the preorder code? When you don’t even know what goes on on your own debit card.

If it's on steam you should have gotten both codes, but can only activate the pre-order coder before the pre-order launch. Once pre-order launch start the actuall code should work.
