Ok the next time someone suggest a job I wanna see a spread sheet, if you can’t make it work with at least 20 skills, it’s too shallow of a concept. Hate hearing “NEW JOB” and then just explaining it in a sentence or two

IDK man it's near to hear people's ideas regardless of if they bring "a spreadsheet" or even a fully formed idea.
It's fun to hash things out and that's a lot of what the community here does.
