It's a good point. If anyone thinks that big pulls are hard then they should consider leveling a healer and not healing until the tank gets below 50%. What you discover is that it isn't very common and without big pulls you probably won't need to heal at all.

Its only healers that get bored, I don't like AoE rotation

I get bored on DPS because doing my AoE rotation on 3 enemies is just boring. Fighting a war with my AoE rotation and knowing it will help the tank and healer to kill them faster though, I find that fun.

By "not needing to heal" you've delegated the healer to pressing a single button on repeat ad nauseam. They do not need to "play the game" on their given class, because there is nothing to do.

What about when you're a dps? If a video game is stressing you out maybe you should take a break or something.

Pretty much it. We healers want more to do. There is the added benefit of a quicker run too, but experienced healers will appreciate big pulls.

Newer and less confident healers won't, so I find a good policy when tanking is to play by ear or ask, especially in a Duty Finder scenario, because you don't know what your healer's skill level is.
