Animosity with World of warcraft players who still like the game?

So true! It's more the banging on to us about it, most of us tried it and didn't like it, we are here now, not there. If it were so great why are they here? Just enjoy FFXIV and its community and move on with life.

Same goes on wow spaces too. Most of it is full of people talking about how bad wow is and how good xiv is. I'd love to tell those people that if they enjoy their game so much they are wasting time not playing it being over there boasting about it.

No idea, if they are doing that then sure I'd agree. I tried that game before this one, lasted three months and decided it wasn't my cup of tea. But this is where we are, I'm not so bothered about what goes on over there.
