The only reason I can think of for that is the usual. They don't play healers.
My guess is that it's a combination of them not understanding healers and healing in their own game at all, and the highly likely chance that there are healers that get very angry on social media if they ever have to use more than 2 brain cells for their job.

I'm almost certain that there are people who got very comfortable in their braindead healer role and DO NOT want that to change.
