I think it's ok the way it is.
What's the point of 'rare' thing to be obtained easily?

Because not everyone wants to show off that they have things other people can't get easily.

I'm fortunate enough to have some of the Makai gear but I feel bad about using it when other people can't get it. Not to the degree of not wearing it if I want to, but if someone else asked me about it I'd much rather be able to say "isn't it cool? You can get one from X" than "sorry but it's impossible to obtain now".

I'd rather that items are easily available and everyone can show off the glamours they'd create with those pieces.

The Garou collab thing was the only reason I bothered with the PvP stuff at all. I wanted the gear, sets titles, and mounts.
