The skills still fit the theme in English:
Adloquium is Latin for Encouragement
Galvanize (the shield) means both to strengthen and encourage. (The shield in Japanese literally being called Encouragement.)
Succor is to boost morale
Broil comes from Embroil, as in to bring into conflict (hence it being an attack skill)
Excogitation means to plan ahead
Recitation is literally to speak
And Deployment Tactics, Emergency Tactics, and Chain Strategem (Libra) literally use the terms tactics and strategy.
