I know people in the past who had gil stolen, or items and poetics simply lost due to the bad interface, and a GM gave them the poetics.
They've actively decided to make their support worse recently.

2fa can be bypassed and is not good security. Good security works on the back-end, not blaming users.
You can find plenty of articles on why you don't use 2fa as your only security for your account systems by people who know incomparably more about the subject than you all.

    Exactly.
Square are not being held accountable for their poor security.
No one is saying that the 2FA is the only thing you should do. But it should be one thing you should do.

How is it poor security when people fall for scams meant to fool people into giving up the details needed to log into the account?

And because those scammers had the correct info, it makes it to where SE needs to make sure they are giving the correct party back control of the account.

You should take some ownership of the situation you're in, even if you feel the SE holds some. You falling for the scam means that you have some blame in the situation.

At this point I'd say it's pointless to continue. This OP has essentially been trying to shift blame for their own mistakes on other people because they're just looking for a free pass out of the negative situation they brought upon themselves. Nothing anyone says is going to make them realize the world is not their mother who will look over their shoulder their entire life and stop them from doing stupid or irresponsible things.
