    This was an intentional removal some time ago to help streamline getting new players ilvl up.

    Gear that required the exchange of a base item and upgrade material can now be obtained directly in exchange for Allied Seals or Centurio Seals.
    The base items and upgrade materials for such gear can no longer be obtained from shops or dungeons.
