you forgot all the updates in details about next patch
but remember, you dont pay for an mmo for info on the future, you pay for what you are playing NOW
that concept is so far beyond people they dont understand it
My XIVPad: http://xivpads.com?2031148
Actually, I'm paying for the title, as I love Final Fantasy Titles. If you are going to try and act like you know why I play contact me in game, and I'll show you. If anything, I'm also paying for when ps3 launch comes I can switch to that. If you want to "Act" like you know why someone plays .. please TRY to know. . . Or please make yourself look more like a imbecile
I guess your Forgetting what 1.21 contains:
You: I know what 1.21 contains
Me: well how come you complain about patch?
You: Because they said it would be hear in Feb!
Me: Well, Delays happen.. Every MMO has em...
You: But I want it now, Were paying for it!, We should get things on time!
Me: So you want a Very Buggy Patch?
You: I just want them to live up to there Roadmap
Me: Damned if they do and Damned if they don't.. They can't ever please the Crowd.
This is the Forums in a Nutshell.. including what I quoted :/ It will come when it comes... :/ Next letter will give a Def. date he said... Which will probably be around 6th and 9th like he said before.. just an Actual pinpoint date.
The sad part is that most of the community took "we are pushing for..." and "we are hoping to have it ready by..." as concrete dates. If this is really the worst thing to happen in their lives, then I can understand their complaints. Some quote the road map as far as projected dates go, so I'll go ahead and quote something from the same page that they may have missed.Translation: We will stop telling you guys potential dates to save yourselfs from comiting suicide when we hit a snag.
I think it's unfortunate that SE made the attempt to be more transparant with things but are drug through the mud when a delay drops. It's going to very easy to Yoshida and SE in general to turtle back up in regards to releasing information to the public if the players keep acting like a ravenous swarm waiting for information to tear apart long before it's even beyond concept phase.
I also think this will be a step backwards in communication with players about our own suggestions as well.
Hopefully I'm wrong and Yoshida is just going to be less precise with dates in the near future.
Am I upset by the lack of a patch this far beyond the projected date? Sure, we all are to some extent. However, I'd rather have a delay than some bug which makes it impossible to complete one of the job quests.*The aforementioned dates are subject to change.
Is it ruining my life? Not at all. When I see/hear wording that gives a possible timeframe, I take it as just that. A possibility. Non-concrete and subject to change.
For better or worse, I just assume there will be delays so that I'm not tragically upset as some others seem to be when that near-inevitable announcement (or lack thereof) comes around. If it happens to hit on time, great! Either way I'll be enjoying the content once it actually hits.

I hate when I have to read posts 3-4 times in order to understand them. Grammar is your friend, people.
On topic: Stop whining. The letter is coming.
I hate it when you act too smart to put simple sentences together and you act like you can't read.

It's more like English isn't my first language and in my dealings with native speakers of the tongue... let's say they're of the less-retarded variety. I'm sure you're acquainted with at least one of those.
A thread asking about information on the coming patch was doomed to die though.... I mean once they start releasing info... the thread loses it's purpose
Like that one guy who predicted the world would end, he was useless the day after the world did not end
