Now that you mention it, you reminded me of another story that I wanted to wrote last night but I forgot to! It basically what your reply describes:
It was a run consisting of 32+ players. Brionac & Helldiver down, I called for my party: NW. Shortly after I see 2 more quadrant being called out except SW (lol what a coincidence). I take a quick glance after we deal with the trash mobs & Albeleo; there's a group facing the Eastern site. I scrolled up again to make sure if I missed anything.... nope. Nothing out of ordinary. SW is still missing.
Anyway... once the barrier lifts off, we sprint to our assigned quadrant. I turned off other players' name so I couldn't see well enough, but I was pretty sure there were some stragglers going together with us. Nevertheless, we made a quick work of our prisoner and jump down to western site. The prisoners rescued sits at 4/6 for uncomfortably long period. We end up rescuing 5/6. SW prisoner was dead. This spurs up some salt in the chat, prompting one of them to yell: "Should've done intercardinals first. But people aren't paying attention and went to NW with us :')"
Somebody in our party went "What the -chirp-" in party chat (And myself too, internally. I mean why not?! I was the -FIRST- to call out my direction and I hear nothing out of their group.)
I replied in yell "For the record, I was the one who called NW first. That being said because I don't have names turned on I could've not seen any other players around me beside my own party.".
And their follow up reply?
"That level of attention callout is not even needed. People just need to look and be aware to assist whichever site needs to be helped."
So which one is it? Need more attention, or nah, mate?Whatever, sure Jan. There's no talking around such individual.
