Fix Blacklisting SE!!

Read a Harrassment thread that is currently up on the forum so felt the need to make this.
SE Please Fix blacklisting so that it does these two things..

1. When a player Blacklists someone their name gets removed from the Blacklisted players friend list.

2. Make Blacklisting account wide so it cant be circumvented by simply making a new character on the same account.

SE, When a player blacklists another player they do not CARE ABOUT THEIR FEELINGS!!! They are blacklisting them cause they wish to not have contact of any kind with that player. They do not care if the other player starts crying cause they can't talk too them or throw their keyboard or controller across the room in a fit of anger. SE you are the only ones who care!!! Blacklists are to easily circumvented at the moment and your stance to leave it in its current state is not acceptable!!

They same could be said about harassment threads. If annoying thr forum community gets SE attention then so be it.

I wish the list wasn't so limited too.

Lots of 18+ Venue advertisements constantly being spamming in shout chat and my blist is filling up so quickly because of it.
