When can I create a new character on Siren again?

The servers are full, ergo, no new characters can be made.

U DONT SAY! It's almost like this info was already pointed out in my OP.

Space for character data is not reserved when you purchase the account; space is only used when you create the character. From the server perspective it doesn't matter if its a second character on an existing account or a new character on a new account, character data is character data. If the server is full, there's no room for a new character.

That's not how it works.

As others have said, when servers are not full.

It was the correct answer though. Nobody besides the devs can give you any specific timeframe for more information and chances are even they don't know.

While it may be correct information, it's also still not helpful information.

Imagine asking "When is it going to rain next?" and you get the answer "When there are rain clouds in the sky". While technically correct, it's not helpful.

It's amazing how completely polar opposite the community is for this game. In game, the community is friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and helpful. On the forums, it's toxic, snide, belittling, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Make sure you accuse me of being rude or mean or some nonsense, though. I came here wanting an informed answer and was greeted with replies treating me like I'm stupid.

Bro, if you don’t like the answers that they’re giving you? Stfu and buzz off the forums. They’re the correct answers. Just starting drama and being petty for the hell of it at this point, and if you think the community is so friendly in-game then pls stay in your friends circle that makes you believe that opinion because you haven’t seen enough of it. Some people have quit the game altogether including my fc leader thanks to the in-game community ruining it for them. If anything the forums are more tame than the in-game community, and that’s saying something. Oh and I’m not checking your reply to this so PLS stay mad, I really don’t care. Have a nice day.
