I meant the sentence I said before the one referencing it, wasn't referencing your sentences. I.E. you need a target and it barely moves you.
The skill has too many limitations and cons to be worth having on your bar.

Personally this move sounds underwhelming. Peleton but in combat? Could come in handy but mostly forgettable. My hope is that there is more to it that they haven't mentioned since they mostly just glossed over sch to move on with the LL.
Something I think that would be great and tie into it's animation is if it also boosted evasion. Not guaranteed mitigation but potential mitigation and in a kinda unique way.

I did say I haven’t played SCH so that’s why I’m not speaking on the SCH mains behalf, rather just asking their opinion.
But I understand only having one dps button and how boring that would be
It’s as if you’re just doing an early level dungeon with none of your skills available
Well, a damage mitigation tied to a movement buff definitely fits in.Basically.
Is this the lvl 90 capstone or is it not. Because if it is, I'd be livid.
SCH has some pretty bad capstones as it is.
Dissipation goes against everything the Job lore stands for and the +healing doesn't affect 90% of the job actions.
Fey Union is just a Buffed Regen and has to be channeled locking you out of everything else.
Seraph is clunky as hell.
An ability that reduces damage taken while also helping you dodge attacks, making said damage reduction pointless? An ability that works against itself? That's perfect SCH stuff
Redundancy isn't necessarily bad so long as it's also noted in the skill's budget.
Think of it as merely a mitigation ability that gives a X% chance to fully avoid damage and a guaranteed minimum decrease of Y% to damage taken.
But, yes, it does seem historically (in)appropriate.
This reminds me of when I used to use Stampeding Roar (combat group speed boost) at random intervals to force my slow casting friends to misjudge just how long they'd have to move to get clipped by several aoes at once. Except I'd have plausible deniability this time >>
