    Elder Scrolls Online sort of does this. You can set 'personalities' which adjust the animations of certain emotes as well as running and walking animations.

    I think it'd be a great addition to FFXIV.

    I'd be down for a "personality" update for animations. Not having all members of a race be goofy, hyper, aloof, or whatever. Would be a nice form of customization.
