When I sent a message to Japanese support I didn't get any reply at all. Although I kind of sent it there on accident.
When I sent to English support I got the problem solved in like 3 mins.

Or "We are calling you about your vehicle's extended warranty" from totally not shady numbers, regardless of whether you actually own a vehicle or not. Those are the worst right now.
Your Account got compromised more as one time?
And yet you have not learned, how to keep your Computer save.
SE can't take you by your Hand and do your Work.
Go into your Account and download the Google Authenticator. It's for free. Sync it to your SE Account. Win/Win for you and SE.
Someone call the Forum Police! Because I wrote passive aggressively that DT looks not good. Oh how right I was!
I really doubt that you are a regular customer if you are a customer at all. But in any case, even when I initially bought the game and needed troubleshooting for stuff it took nearly 2 weeks to resolve the issue.
I don't know of anyone who's saying they're going to boycott Mogstation because account support is slow handling account compromises. Then again, I only know one player that had their account compromised and they were certain it was due to a family member being careless with a shared computer. People who aren't affected because they don't fall for phishing scams or share computers with those who do aren't going to change their spending habits because others are victims.
There's a difference between account support and game support. While both are types of customer service, there are separate departments to handle each. It's not going to do any good to contact GMs regarding your rollback when they handle game support.
I think most players would agree that account support is one area that SE desperately needs to improve. It can be painful just to buy and activate the game as a PC user, and there's no reasonable excuse for why account rollbacks frequently take more than 2 weeks even after SE restores the account to the owner. The rollback should be done before the account is restored to the owner because it's even more inconvenience to lose what was gained between the time the account is restored and the rollback happening weeks later.
Experiences are going to vary based on circumstances and timing. Some end up with a good experience, some not so good. Even simple problems can take a while to resolve if support is being flooded with an unusually high number of inquiries, or is going through a temporary reduction in staff due to things like COVID lockdowns.

... So I say something that's counter to what you experience from playing THIS YEAR during a pandemic and possibly the largest surge in players for this game ever and you think I'm just.. lying? For what? Cause I hope SE will see my post and go "OH THEY LOVE US AND ARE DEFENDING US"... nope.
Every time I've asked for help from CS (billing issues, ingame bugs, inquiries) I have had no issues and my example stands that the one time I lost access to my account it was resolved within the hour (I have never had to deal with having a "hacked" account).
I'm sorry you had problems.. but I haven't in the 10 years I've played this game.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?
An FC member had his account broken into about 3-4 days ago. He had his rollback already. Dno why yours taking so long.
No worries at all! Have a good one.
