NIN: New Jin+Chi+Ten/ Chi+Jin+Ten Ninjutsu?

Yoshi-P played as a NIN when showing off the new Ground Target placement stuff and here is a screencap of his hotbars:



Looking at the hotbars, you can see Trick Attack (Hotbar 2 Slot 7), Meisui (Hotbar 4 Slot 7), Hellfrog Medium (Hotbar 1 Slot 11), and Bhavacackra (Hotbar 4 Slot 8). Shadow Fang and Assassinate are the big ones that are missing, but they mentioned Shadow Fang was being removed so that's not surprising, while Assassinate was either removed or maybe DWaD turns into Assassinate once used, who knows. Also Bloodbath is missing, but it appears on Reaper's hotbars when Yoshi-P was showing that off.

I am concerned about the lack of Boiled Eggs though, Yoshi-P needs to stock up.

Yeah I remember them saying that shadow fang is gone, and that they said Assassinate didn't go away. So it is interresting that with other jobs seeing all their skills showcased that ninja had several not shown. I was going to mention Kassatsu too, but I can see that on his hotbar.

There's nothing really wrong with huton-activation. My only problem with the mudras are hyoton and suiton, because by themselves they're rather useless, but they give you access to more powerful abilities.

Honestly, it looks like an OGCD huton button which also gives 5 ninki. Probably just going to be a thing you push on a long cd that gives us extra aeolean edges. You'll still have to prepull huton

Hopefully hide still resets Ninjutsu if that's the case. Would be really annoying to have to go back to 25sec raid prepulls otherwise.

Rarely do they remove QoL unless its for jank, so I doubt it

I wouldn't actually mind them removing the CD reset on Hide and just having Huton not trigger your mudras' cooldown if used out of combat instead... QoL buff.

Not a fan of the 5 Ninki on Huton cast, either, if that really is to be a thing.

No reason to do that change. if it aint broke dont fix it.

You do get 5 ninki with the "huton attack". The first Ability he uses is that, it gives you the full 60 seconds and 5 ninki

That would be awesome. I hope they also add one or two charges to your mudras.

I'm ready to see Katon turn our AoE into flaming daggers. xD That, or see Doton imbuing our weaponskills. That's a nice direction for Ninja.

In the trailer, Hakke Mujinsatsu had a dust cloud effect. I'm wondering if it was triggered by using after Doton? They did say an Action would be linked to Doton.
