I know all players aren't like that, but it put me off to the extent I only partied with people with a decent grasp of english. So for that reason, I'm not going. Personal preference. Being on a server that is for that is hell to me.

EDIT: Additionally, my French language skills aren't good, my German worse, and my Spanish is non-existent. The UK is a megamegamega minority in Europe, and the idea of isolating myself on a server that caters for 90% non-english speakers isn't my (very english) cup of tea.
I like the "don't take this the wrong way"... which is the right way to take that post?

Also, in any server that's not one language only, the most spoken one is going to be english. Everyone will speak their own among themselves, and (more or less broken) english with anyone else... exactly as it's done right now. Hell, you could make a French/German/Spanish server for example, no english-speaking countries whatsoever, and the language to go would still be english. A french player is not going to speak with a german one in french or german, after all.
