I mean they have quite a few level 80s and they haven't done any content above dungeons as far as I can tell. So it seems like all they do is level jobs to 80 and then stop playing them.

This mindset kinda falls inline with the attitude their displaying now and why people don't enjoy having them in their party.

Just because Players don't level all Jobs, they are noob Dungeon Players? Leveling Jobs is not a must you know. So tell me what I have achieved till now in this Game? Take a look into your Crystal Ball and let us all know what you know about "Players like me"
