Tanks are tanks. They will never be anything but that, so the most you can do is adjust or play something else.

Allowing tanks to be DPS would mean less tanks which means longer queues.

Jobs can only do one role each. The upside is that you can play all jobs on one character and swap between them as often as you wish. You're not as restricted as you like to claim.

Warrior is never going to get an actual dps role. The closest we ever got to something like that is sch and smn, and SE have said that they regret giving them the same base class because it has made balancing them difficult. They're not going to do it again with other jobs.

You need to accept the fact that warrior is a tank and that's all it ever will be. You can continue to tank with it, play an actual dps job or go to a different game. Those are your options. What you want will never happen.

Well you have this silly idea in your head that dps and healers are on holiday while you are experiencing some manner of slavery. Of course I had a hard time taking your post seriously.

Sorry to burst your bubble but a chain pulling undergeared tank who doesn't know how to use their cds properly isn't my idea of a holiday. Neither is a dps who seems eager to be a corpse on the floor. It's not only you who can be negatively affected by how other people play.

dude you lost me wen you said "Wonder what's wrong with you all?" so far that i read this threat nobody act or answered you with bad manner, some even thought you were a beginner player, stop your rage over community.

Seriously, I've been seeing a lot of people with the same mentality as you with complaining that their enjoyment of a class is being ruined when they play any tank class and go into roulettes or story dungeons with random players and the group wants to go at a reasonable place while the tank wants to go slow. At level 70 or so you should already be accustomed to the class to be able to pull at a reasonable pace. If the pace is too fast for you, use squadrons/trusts or go with friends or a FC. Problem solved.

As it is, WAR does a decent amount of damage spamming Fel Cleave all the time, and has good self-healing and it is a tank. It always will be a tank, it won't change. Like the other points that people have stated above, if you feel like you're not enjoying your class due to being in a group setting, just run solo with squadrons/trusts. And literally every single job in this game is a DPS with slightly different stats and slightly different roles, but all classes do damage so I'm not sure what you're complaining about here.

Im afraid Square wont change game to dps/tank/heal in one job, sorry, and if you feeling community help its not enough and salty, play Dragons Dogma.
