I logged a help request in the GM tickets on a retainer issue, sent it on the 7th Of September, no response yet.
i dont mind waiting , just wanted to ask if there was a delay on ticket responses?

Maybe it's something we can help with? Occasionally a problem may only be something a GM can help with but usually it's something the community would be able to help with.

I didnt look closely enough and have closed the ticket....God Im getting old. Didnt read the text in the screen, I am such a klutz* Changes made to your subscription will come into effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Tickets take a bit of time atm due to work from home and such. Took them like 10-15 days to reply to one of my tickets regarding billing error.
Working from home answering GM tickets or working in the office answering tickets doesnt justify that wait time. Unless you work from home by doing anything but working from home.
