    I think they're some of them new fangled GMO veggies, think they're trying to say how too cook'em up better. Start with 14 of them, preferably not gamey ones, but older ones, if they're sprouts its no good. So bash'em good and take the skins off, make sure the oven is hot, then gather them all up in a dish, hmm apparently you gotta make sure to cook them well or they're still toxic, also slather them with lots of cheese. When they're done garnish with a light crystal for presentation.
