Terrible idea. No way this would be fair to casuals or players who prefer social activity above all (which is what houses are for.)- as topic suggests, instead of placard farming, make houses in the new expansion [end walker] tied to pvp rewards instead of gil.
- small houses would require bronze tier ranking
- medium houses require silver tier
-large houses require gold tier
- gold sink of 100 million
Why?
Removes rng, in favour for skill. This game has little reason to pvp, this fixes that issue. Fixes pvp and the house market. Your welcome
Awful idea with no regard for other's limitations that would narrow potential buyers to a pinhole. You're* welcome.

Life is not fair, get used to it. This ain’t communism. PvP requires perfection in ones gameplay abilities and skills. Something that no one expects of PVE players. Casuals also don’t own houses, so the point is moot. Competition breeds exception, ff14 is already as casual as GW2. Time to step your game up
