They'll 100% be sexually dimorphic there's no way the devs would design them anywhere near as burly as the males, same for the hunch, they'd never do that. Even if they are designing for all intents and purposes a furry, they'll try to make it as conventionally attractive as they possibly can. The real concern is whether they'll look like a joke next to their male counterparts like female Au Ra

I'm still angry about the female Au Ra design. The original concepts were drastically different than the later iterations and totally stripped them of any imposing and aggressive design flair. Don't get me wrong, they're absolutely, positively, cute and adorable in their current form - but it's such a far throw from their original, dragon and demonic inspired design and that's the problem.
I know that's a little off topic from the thread but it's still bothers me all these years later.

where is this illustration from?
anyhow, if SE decides this is the way they want fem hroths to look, it‘s fine. i would‘ve imagined something different too but oh well if it‘s their vision of them, don‘t be a prick like that twitter user and just accept it or give constructive feedback at least. you can voice your opinion but don‘t act like it‘s your game.
if that illustration reveals itself to be true, SE is clearly targeting a wider audience than go the niche route like they did with the males.

yep and i was told off we can‘t make out how they look based on the murial…. well here we are, they basically look like the ones depicted in that murial

better proportioned femroe could work well i think. people wishing them to be as buff as male tho, while the murial was pointing in an other direction… kind of brought their disappointment on themselves.

Female Hrothgar would look far too drastically different that way.
Even with Au'Ra the Male and Female versions still look like the same race ( just one really tall and one very short ).

The Hrothgar looks like walking animals they don't look Human at all, I wouldn't expect it for Female Hrothgar either.
People shouldn't look at concept art as indicative of the final product even in art that did make it into the final product there is often a big difference.
Some of the Elezen concept art that went through and got into the game doesn't have the long neck for example and characters look drastically different in concept art but the 3D modellers adapt them.
The concept art is just to get the idea across not to be a 100% thing and they haven't even showcased Female Hrothgar yet so any one artpiece that can be found shouldn't be read into too much.

They look far more Human and not like ingame at all and Yugiri even looks like a Xaela.
Point being wait and see, don't read too much into a mural.
