    hard to say since demi-alexander is unlikely. I would like shadowflare back.
    Give us Scourge which upgrades from fester and amplifies our dots
    I really liked the idea where you used ruin 4 it reduces your enkindle cd. I would like to see that come back but affects our energy drain.
    Remove devotion action
    Bahamut in dreadwyrm trance with megaflare and gigaflare as attacks like firebird trance
    Upon summoning phoenix, party gets devotion buff instead of Regen
    Upon summoning bahamut, all enemies in range gets vulnerable down
    Tri-disaster causes dots that matches the trance your in and cause stronger dots
    Outburst actually causes bane on the target that it targets and spread the dot to all targets hit. Gigaflare/BoP does the same
    Titan to have added party mitigation
    Slipstream to be replace by an aoe that just does a dot
    Ifrit enkindle be replaced by a single target massive hit

    Aetherflow stacks change into dreadwyrm and firebird aether when in it's respected trance.
    Dreadwyrm aether:
    Fester/scourge will have Bahamut use Flarestar. A single target hit that has the same effect as scourge but potency increase
    Painflarewill cause Bahamut to use Deathflare. (Same effect but doesn't end the trance)
    Firebird aether:
    Fester/scourge will cause phoenix to use whitefire which does the same as flarestar
    Painflare will cause phoenix to use blackfire which does damage equal to deathflare

    RDM:
    melee combo gives mp
    Aoe spells are changed to water and ice
    Jolt is replaced by impact
    Acceleration is upgraded to chainspell which causes your next 3 verthunder/veraero to cast the opposite as a ogcd following the spell. So cast verthunder and immediately cast veraero as ogcd.
    Embolden affects all damage types

    BLM:
    all I want is Burst as a thunder spell. We got flare and freeze so give us burst.
    And for the love of god, do something with scathe. Make it upgrade to xeno, make it a ogcd that grants an umbral heart. Just something useful.

    A teleport to the target that it hits maybe...?

    MNK:
    Hundred Fist which grants you haste and causes snap punch to cause Touch of Death as a dot during it

    NIN:
    I personally have some issues with the class. Like I believe Huton should be ninjas base speed and fuma is immediately replaced by raiton.

    WAR:
    where's the DPS!? Give them Rampage back!
    Enhance attack speed, criticals heals, enhanced party rate.

    DRK:
    I would like to see their life siphon to come back. They were such a unique job but now it's Water down war

    DRG:
    I want to say that new attack in the benchmark was a new full thrust and that's really all I want. That and a new chaos thrust.
    Aoe combo extends DMG buf or just make the damage buff come from blood of the dragon

    MCH:
    More dps really. It's supposed to be selfish but it still feels too weak

    DNC:
    Another dance but one that cause haste
    A massive CDs that causes all party members to become dance partners for an extremely sort period

    Bard:
    This is a hard one. An aoe dot would be great. Quick knock to be replaced wide volley. Such a great skill wasted for such an interior skill
    Bard is affected by its song buffs
    Foes requiem comes back

    WHM:
    Come on and gives us Aero 3 back
    Lily spells are ogcd but weaker
    A no cast damage spell like ruin 2

    AST:
    I am fearing that ast will the same as drk in 5.0 to war. A water down whm because they couldn't think of something unique.

    SCH:
    I want ACN to changed into a barrier healer and SCH to come from it and make SMN to become an extra job like the new jobs.
    I want this several reasons but one is too create the parallel between Nym and limsa.
    Instant cast pet spells
    Fairies only last for 30s
    Depending on the fairy, party has a different passive buff like bard.
    Eos- whispering dawn
    Selene- Fey glow
    Seraph- Constellation
    Emerald Carby/eos to be a pure healer pet. Whispering dawn and fey illumination are the same.
    Topaz Carby/selene be the good old support pet. Fey glow gives haste and fey dawn prevents one debuff or clears one debuff from each party
    Seraph is essential the same but constellation causes a damage reduction as well with it's slight barrier.

    Analyze, a new skill and upgrade to chain stratagem. Causes direct hit and critical hit rate against target to increase.
    Has bio, miasma 1and 2 and bane
    Buster ruin it's new aoe spell that's ranged.
    Dissaptation ends your current fairy phase and causes an explosion of healing mist that regens and heals the party for a huge amount. Cannot summon another fairy for 15 seconds.

    Fey union to have a trait which added mitigation to the target.
    Fey field replaces Sacred Soil. depending on the fairy, condenses the fairy's passive effect to a same area around the fairy. Potency of the passive effect is increased and mitigation is added.
    Summon Titania, replaces seraph as ultimate skill. Summon the fairy queen. For 15 seconds the fairy does all 3 passive effects of the base fairies while giving a healing received buff to all party members.

    Full control of fairy again.

    A lot of actions I want back. In order to make space, merging the many actions that shouldn't be separate will be neccessary eg cure 1 and 2, summon bahamut and akh morn.

    For actual new actions

    WHM: quake, flood, tornado with at least flood being an instant gcd that's frequent enough to make weaving windows. Faith as utility. Seraph strike ripped straight from bozja. Cure 4 as a heal ogcd that gives an mp/hp/damage buff to whoever is healed so they do damage and get mp and hp back and slightly more damage.

    AST: Haste (knocks a few seconds off ogcds at cost of mp drain) disable as a silence, stella as a damage option, almagest as an ultimate spell. More time magic

    DRK: mostly I just want the old stuff back but new actions- new invul that gives true invincibility without penalty. Lifesteal buff, black sky. Full break

    DRG: half dragon transformation like nael that gives several new actions such as gap closer, aoe and multi hit combo that varies each time to break up monotony. Something to expend timer on like HW

    SAM: action that gives you a missing symbol

    DNC: revive dance with melee range. A dot for espirit

    RDM: water and blizzard aoe finishers, mp gaining sword attack. Charges on dash/disengage.

    There's a lot I want to see for MNK.
    However I really feel like we need a new basic combo, the animations feel pretty outdated.
    Skills like Demolish still look good it should pretty much be the framework imo.

    But I mean considering how important Bootshine is, it looks and feels so underwhelming and outdated.

    PLD :
    - Since we got the Ivalice raids, I would like some of Agrias' or Cid's attacks from Tactics on PLD...


    WAR :
    - Bring back the built-in Heal for Inner Beast (and also apply it to Fel Cleave, since it replaces Inner Beast)
    - Give Warriors their extra HP back on Defiance (and the other tanks can have their damage taken reduction on their tank stances)


    WHM :
    - Take the (nearly) useless Fluid Aura, and upgrade it to Flood to make it also deal damage.


    SCH :
    - Make the two fairies relevant again, currently both work as Eos. But replace Whispering Dawn and Fey Illumination on Selene with her AoE Esuna and Haste buff.


    MNK :
    - Wave Fist/Aurablast/Air Render, whichever, just give them an on GCD ranged attack that'll fill the same role as Throwing DAgger for NIN, Piercing Talon for DRG or Enpi for SAM.


    SMN :
    - Give them an ability to temporarily power up their Egi into a Demi-Primal in the similar vein of summoning Demi-Bahamut (Demi-Ifrit, Demi-Titan or Demi-Garuda)

    As I remind everyone doing 10 potency or 100,000 potency won’t make a job fun or engaging just broken or underpowered, If MCH did the most damage it would just be a shallow job that does a lot of damage. Instead of a improved one

    Most jobs are shallow so what's your point exactly? They tried to make MCH interesting twice but failed on both attempts. At this point I just want a functional job that can do it's role
