I'd love to see it on PS Vita, with its specs i think it can manage to run FFXIV easily .

I doubt as well. FF XI why not, but XIV? No way. Wipeout doesn't even run at 60FPS already... so XIV? Nope.
What could be done on Vita however is PS3 remote play (completely possible) and then XIV special applications for Vita enabling you to manage retainers/crafts/housing etc.

Do you really thing ffxiv will run at 60 fps with ps3? Heck I have a crazy pc with top nvidia card and the game don't run at 60 fps. I managed to run it with full hd, ambient occlusion on etc, high settings but medium textures with 2x AA.I doubt as well. FF XI why not, but XIV? No way. Regarding wipeout and most of releases titles were made rush mode. If they had time to optimize the games, for sure they would release it at 60 fps. I can bet with you that gran turismo will be 60 fps with vita. From the start up titles, they managed to do a pretty decent job with mostly of the games. Give them one year and you will see many running 60 fps like call of duty for vita.

I'm not expecting XIV to run at 60FPS, my point was, if something as simple as Wipeout cannot even run at 60FPS (actually it runs at 30FPS, but not even a solid 30FPS, slowdowns occurs), then don't expect XIV to even run properly.Do you really thing ffxiv will run at 60 fps with ps3? Yeah game were rushed and it's only the start, doesn't change the fact that something like XIV will never run properly on a Vita. XI could however.

I think if The devs find a way to tweak the controls exclusively for the vita, it would be great. If not, at least you can still play whenever you are whenever you feel like it.I'm not expecting XIV to run at 60FPS, my point was, if something as simple as Wipeout cannot even run at 60FPS (actually it runs at 30FPS, but not even a solid 30FPS, slowdowns occurs), then don't expect XIV to even run properly.

Very few PS3 games run at 60 FPS, most run at 30-40FPS. So it's actually possible that it could/can run at 60 FPS if they realistically optimize it enough to do so, but most companies opt against 60 FPS on the PS3 not out of laziness or lack of skill, you can make a damn good looking game run at 30 FPS, only shooters tbh need as many frames a possible.I doubt as well. That's because most of consumers expectations are quite low that we are getting games running at 30fps. I'm sorry but I'm not enjoying most of games when they cannot even run with a solid 30fps... Then again, I'm not asking for xiv on vita to run at 60fps, but if other games cannot, xiv will never. Square Enix fail at optimising anything they develop.Very few PS3 games run at 60 FPS, most run at 30-40FPS. Only few triple A title can deserve a full $40 price tag, most of games on handheld consoles does not. Especially thinking about all these sport game rehash as well, like virtua tennis 4 or even everybody's golf 39. Same goes for wipeout...I don't know about lumines, but of course if you can get a simple puzzle game with the iPhone, you will get it with the iPhone and save money. What you can get with vita, like uncharted and other full console games you can't with the iPhone. Lumines is made by ubisoft, don't blame Sony for th price. I think $40-50 for a triple A game with vita is fair. Actually th vita prices are much fairer than the ps3 ones. They range from $20-50 while a new Ps3 game goes from $40-60!

Other games can run at 60 FPS, as I said, a lot of companies choose not to because they can still make good games that run at under 60FPS and no one complains but people who look for something to complain about. That's because most of consumers expectations are quite low that we are getting games running at 30fps. PSP is quite older technology versus the VIta. Just compare the processing power alone (the main hardware utilized for remote play.)
