As in the attack will hit anyone within the marker a set time before the attack animation hits.... this difference in marker vs attack animation can make it appear you are suffering from PING lag or such, when you really are not.
im not talking about animation delay. im talking about the cast. when an enemy casts an ability and the marker appears, and i move out BEFORE the cast ends, but still end up getting hit even though i a) dodged before the cast ended and b) before the animation was even starting. i played a lot of wow so i know how these mechanics work. if you read my comment correctly you would know that i AM dodging these things, but i still get hit. that is my issue
