I only tease my actual friends that play Potatoes. Otherwise I just keep my mouth shut since that seems to be the safest way to play this game.

Other than the usual lalafell = popoto, elezen = dhalmel etc., not really. I tend to tease every race in equal amount, because I have alt for all of them. One of my dozen alts is a lalafell who is permanently glamoured wearing tin can armour. I like to pretend he's actually an automaton.

I'm don't tease them, i just imagine what they'd taste like. Boil, mash them, put em' in a stew.

what's "fun and harmless" to you might not be so for others. And there's nothing wrong with that.
personally, the "jokes" are tiring. XIV community needs some new material. there's nothing outside of lolDRG, Little Sun, overused lalafell food jokes and cooking mentors.

Usually just friends who are lalas. We have running jokes. Random people? Not usually unless they are joking around also or I end up in an instance with all lalas. Then I usually /panic.
We own Ul'dah, that's our house, just wanted to put that out there to the bigs that don't know yet.
Jokes don't bother me, but I've noticed a lack of hugs and pets being sent my way, u lady bigs need to correct that, I ain't cute for your health, I want affection dang O nabbit.

We tease the one in our FC, tho ofc it's fair game for her to tease us back. Although for any Lalafel player, I literally cannot see you half the time during a duty. You're way too small. I was tanking for my static and when I switched to lalafel for a week they could not see me during the fight, they had to tag me.
lmao

Often, they are a variety of potatoes, it looks like nothing else according to some, people who like cute things confuse these vegetables with some kind of miniature human being...Do you people think it's inappropriate to tease lalafell players for playing a lalafell? I'll give some examples.
"Hey guys have you seen the tank? I think he dc'd I don't see him. Oh wait, there you are I didn't see you down there."
"Oh no, we have a lalafell in the group."
"What are you going to do bite my ankles?"
"Did you guys hear something? I thought I heard something. Oh my god! It's a talking potato."
I was told by my lalafell friend to stop behaving like that to strangers I pug with. She was saying that my prejudiced towards lalafells was actually hidden prejudice I want to do in real life but can't. It's not like I'm abusing votekick to remove lalafells or anything. I think it's just a bit of harmless fun, she thinks otherwise.
I also go up to miqotes and poke them asking random strangers in dungeons, "Excuse me ma'am are you aware you are a cat?"
Personally, I have a hard time finding them cute.
So I do it a lot, they are used to it, it's like the gnomeball of WoW.

Being a lalafell is a choice.
