Are you kidding me? I'm not American either and I also think American are more entitled than most but that still does not justify what SE is doing. Their customer service is not satisfactory by any means or standards unless you live in a hut and get your news by pigeons. SE made promises and asked us for money. Many argue that we pay for playing not patches. However, patches are the carrots that leads us to paying, I dont know one person who would remain in this game with promises of future patches. If you're doing a crappy job you're going to be called out on it in a real world no matter if you're in America, Japan, or any other country. SE is being called out because of that not because Americans are out to relive WWII.

Being rude, impatient, argumentative, insulting and arrogant were all common themes during my youth in customer service when encountering american tourists. Sad but true.

Accountability in the free market is very important however i am talking about the attitude of forum posters thinking they have the right to dictate and demand.

Ummm, i don't have much more to add other than maybe saying, Patch 1.21 looks pretty epic from what we've seen so far. If the servers are down for the usual maintenance timeframe then its probably going to take that whole time to read the notes. (I remember it being a close call with 1.19)

Should have seen the America bashing coming, that train's never late. It comes down to when your country's GDP is nearly 3x higher than the #2 top GDP country then the world will care about your desires more.

And Britain's arguably not America's motherland, most Americans originate from Germany. If you add up Scotland and Ireland it becomes more but that's not how they do it.

And it's very ignorant to base an entire nation off of your experience with tourists. It'd be like me instantly assuming that because you were British you had never seen the inside of a dentist's office.

Well, making a point about culture by basing it on GDP is kind of a dick move. Actually, not kind of. It's completely so.
