If you want info and updates, check Reinheart's thread. I don't know why Lodestone doesn't have any updates, maybe they feel they don't have significant information that hasn't already been covered, I dunno. But information is there, albeit small and translated by a skilled member of the comunity.

i think the problem is when i patch is already past deadline maybe its no the best idea to go a week without updating your sites homepage to show your customers what you've been up too. You wouldn't not show up to work for a week and and not tell them would you. we are customers, they work for us.

There is plenty of things they could have posted to lead up to the prod letter, instead they chose silence.

Are you kidding me? I'm not American either and I also think American are more entitled than most but that still does not justify what SE is doing. Their customer service is not satisfactory by any means or standards unless you live in a hut and get your news by pigeons. SE made promises and asked us for money. Many argue that we pay for playing not patches. However, patches are the carrots that leads us to paying, I dont know one person who would remain in this game with promises of future patches. If you're doing a crappy job you're going to be called out on it in a real world no matter if you're in America, Japan, or any other country. SE is being called out because of that not because Americans are out to relive WWII.
