I generally dont understand the logic of the hatred for RNg. "bahh i hate MCH old ammo rng and thats why DNC is my favorite job with all its RNG ontop of RNG"

It depends ow impactful the RNG is. If it's significantly affecting DPS, then it's a huge issue for balance.
