What do JP players think of the Cruise Chaser mount?

As a NA player, I honestly would have preferred if they made it a MGP mount. Put it at 9 million MGP, and then it's something for people to work towards. I'm sure eventually, when it goes on sale and I have the extra money to throw at it, I probably will buy it...but until then, I'm not going to be buying it.

Yeah, no one can deny that there are other ways they could've made it obtainable.
But that can be said about everything they put up on the store as well.
Idunno what makes them decide what to add there or not.
For now I'm just accepting that that's the decision they made and that's ok.
No reason to get stuck up wasting time being upset over it.
I'd rather just accept and move on doing what I do.
(And no I haven't bought it. But it's a cool mount)

And if they gotta add something to the store then why not something cool that makes people who pay for it feel like they get their moneys worth.

I mean NA has such a different culture. It's crazy.

I was doing Eureka back in the days on both NA and EU and coming from EU to NA was a culture shock. Like on EU all players waited before pulling notorious monsters, often up to 5+ minutes. On NA it was always pull on sight no matter how many players are on the way. JP can also raid perfectly fine with macros via the dutyfinder. They don't complain about having to run old extremes in mentor roulette while NA players cry their eyes out about it. Same with the shout chat, on NA it's a mess in big hubs and on JP and EU it's all quiet.

NA is just a different world.

Ofc we gotta remember that not everyone in NA is like that.
And the same can be said that not everyone in EU and JP aren't.

I mean that is common sense, but lets be real here. The bad apples are so loud, that we could have thousands of decent people and we do. But a handful of these people taint us. That is just how it always is.



Sadly though, I say a handful, but I been on social media, I see the state of america. We got issues that people want to ignore. Like this game is a prime example of people who use it as an escape so much that they find personal offense when someone does not like it. We even got people on the forum saying that it is unethical to sell this mount on the cash shop. The nerve of some of them. LMAO

Not every NA datacenter player is North American.
-Many of us don't see the successes of the "american way": but face it's consecuences.

Many of us don't even have access to proper datacenters - Why we see these kind of things on a more critical eye and want more than just "is just so" as a reply.
And more importantly, really dislike being invisibilized.

On EU i also don't hear many players complaining about it. Guess it's (again) an NA thing.

I've heard plenty of complaints in-game and friends. But I think you hear more from NA as it's a bigger community and more loudmoths so to speak, no offence.

It's the same with the mentor system. I am also a mentor on EU and most mentors i see are actually really helpful or watch out for the sprouts. Everytime we see a new scam popping up we warn all the sprouts in the newbie chat etc. or help them in general with dungeons and all that.

When you hear about mentors etc. on NA they seem to be mostly a living meme. Again i am sure there are also good mentors on NA but it seems they are so many bad mentors or those who just want to have the crown and don't care about newbies that mentors are hated on NA in general.
