Does the Mogstation have a manual component?

To my knowledge it's automated but when its account wide it takes longer. Single character items doesn't take long.

I ordered a few boost books, and it's been about 90 minutes now, and still no love. I'm not upset - I've seen all that the Mogstation can do when it comes to delays. But clearly the sale of the Cruise Chaser has gummed something up somewhere.

I would assume that as well that whole system is under stress.

You can try press the "request reward" button in-game at the mail moogle, that sometimes helps and logging out and in.
