    Im fairly sure jumping puzzle wasnt added back cause flying exists in the area now

    They could just flag the entire tower as invalid for landing.

    There's already a lot of terrain that you cannot land on, but can stand on if you jump to it.

    They did that already, and made blue mage spells not work there, either.
