Since we arent getting a new outfit they should add the older versions this year for purchase with MGP!!
I really hate how they've organised the new store with the "costume set" and "armour" (ie. single costume pieces) in different sections – they used to be all in the one list. Organising by event would make far more sense. You can browse through here to see some of the past event items. You can narrow it down by the event they came from too.
edit: Looks like some of them are in the Costume section too.
All the events regularly alternate between giving a mount, a minion or a glamour as the prize. This year the prize is a mount. It is not a special circumstance they need to compensate us for.
And, as much as I'd like it, old event prizes never become available in the game again.
Not the moon fire faire, until this one year, and also the FFXV and yo Kai events came back so be careful about spreading misinformation.

I wouldn't say Iscah is spreading misinformation. The events you mentioned were collabs, not seasonal events. It's a different case. Seasonal events (like the Moonfire Faire discussed here), as Iscah mentioned, never return with the same prizes (especially the ones you get from the quests themselves). Those are put on the store. The same can happen to collabs' prizes. Once they put the rewards on the Mogstation, they'll never return.

The Glamour Effect: That awkward moment when you realize you know FFXIV's gear pieces better than your own wardrobe X'D
She said events. AFAIK events is a very broad term and both collabs and seasonal stuff falls under that category. So its only a different case if they are specific about what events they talk about, and as such the post was misinformation at the time of its writing.I wouldn't say Iscah is spreading misinformation. Now, if you want to explain further and be more specific to save face, that is your call.
The last sentence tells me all I need to know, so I won't be wasting my time interacting with you further. She said events. They've given glamour every year so far, but have they ever given mounts or minions? Not to my awareness, so if so, the statement stands. Every event we get one of those things, although Moonfire has more consistently opted for glamour prizes so far.
And I would draw a distinction between repeating an event (as for FFXV and Yo-kai) and making glamour from a past event available during a current event.
The FFXV event is running again, same as it was the first time; we can get the prizes from it again.
The Moonfire Faire 2020 is not running again; the Moonfire Faire 2021 will be a different event with different prizes.
Also, if I am in fact mistaken and there are occasional exceptions, spreading "misinformation" that it never happens is not a particularly dangerous thing to misinform people of, because the only consequence is that they can be pleasantly surprised if it happens after all.
I mean, I don't think its a huge deal either but incorrect information is incorrect information. No need to get overly defensive about it. At the time you said "Events" and nothing else. That means all events. Nothing you said talked about drawing a distinction. And I would draw a distinction between repeating an event (as for FFXV and Yo-kai) and making glamour from a past event available during a current event.

+1 to Iscah not spreading false information. She's not mistaken in saying events regularly cycle between potential rewards. They've all at some point given a mount, or glamour, or furnishings, or some combination and not necessarily all 3.
As you said, Moonfire hadn't given a mount until now, so it was due for one.
I suspect the lack of 1 piece swimwear is more in line with anti-pedophilia than it is actual engine limitations. SE has always tried not to depict their characters as children. Same reason the school uniform set we can buy is more high-school-esque and the skirt has shorts under the skirt. One piece swimsuits are unlikely to ever happen due to how gear needs to be separated into chest and legs. This is why (along with some copyright stuff) the Bunny (Chief) sets from the golden saucer have an open belly rather than being leotards.
At most you could expect a few more pseudo one-pieces similar to the Southern Seas sets.
Though, I 100% suspect there will be at some point a wetsuit or some kind of fashionable-but-clearly-not-a-school-uniform swimwear. Maybe something out of Baywatch.
